End-Of-Life Planning

Coming to a relationship with your own end-of-life journey is a challenging, beautiful, and complex process. My hope is to support you in that journey as you determine your own path to the end of your life and to do so fully supported and held by the world around you.

During the end-of-life process there will be many logistical and practical things to manage. My desire is to support you and your family in navigating those things so you can focus on your own journey. Some of the things we will work together on might be:

  • Advanced directives and medical treatment

  • Managing medical and after-death expenses

  • Advocating and navigating the medical system

  • Financial matters

  • Last will and testament

Your Legacy Story

The death process can be isolating and confining for those navigating that journey and we often see people turn inward.

The Legacy Story is about so much more than what material goods we might leave behind. It is about what seeds you want to plant that might grow for future generations. It is about using our life force in our death process to expand the collective good.

Some examples of Legacy Story projects might be:

  • A collection of family stories or history

  • Loved recipes

  • Support for community organizations

  • Wisdom or future generations

Family Support Services

Just as in our living journey, the end-of-life journey is not a solitary experience. The death process is shared by those around you that your life touches. Navigating an end-of-life journey can be a difficult process for loved ones. It is my sincere desire to provide support for those caring for a dying loved one.

It is vital for loved ones of those who are passing to tend to their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as be able to be fully present with their loved one. My support can come in a variety of ways such as:

  • Education and practical tools for family members

  • Offloading and delegating logistical tasks

  • Tools and skills to support the dying person

  • Resources for practical and emotional tasks
